Founded in 1972, H.M. Miller Construction Co. has grown into one of Northeast Ohio’s most trusted underground utility contractors. For over five decades, we’ve delivered safe, efficient, and dependable results for communities and contractors alike. Our focus has always been completing projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.

What We Do

Our services cover every phase of utility construction, from grading, paving, and sewer systems to complete installation for phone, gas, water, and electric. We also specialize in directional drilling, pile driving, sheeting, and auger cast piling — ensuring that every project is handled with precision and reliability.
